No Refunds

All sales at Soko_DxB we do not offer refunds on any purchases.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please contact us within the eligible timeframe. Exchange requests must be raised on the same day of purchase, with a maximum of 2 days from the date of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within the same day of purchase, up to a maximum of 2 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags attached and in original packaging. Exchanges are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to decline an exchange if the item has been used, damaged, or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights that may apply if goods are defective, not as described, not delivered within the required or agreed timeframe, or otherwise do not comply with applicable law.
